
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Hælan Psychology, we understand that sometimes life can throw unexpected curveballs that may require cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We have implemented a fair and flexible policy to accommodate our clients' needs while also ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. We kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Clients who provide timely notice will not incur any charges or penalties. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment without prior communication will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount of the booked service, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Please note that insurance providers typically do not offer reimbursement for charged appointments that have been marked as either "Late Cancel" or "No Show".
